Free beta pre-screeners reject PDFs, fail on foil or textured labels, and still leave you to file in COLAs Online yourself. For $59 per label, we run our federal + California + Oregon rule check, format your PDF or foil artwork, complete two human reviews, file in COLAs Online within 2 business days, and archive your approved COLA in your free Organized COLA & Permit Vault.

State label / brand registration
$45 per product, per state
Some states require you to register each brand or label before it can be sold there. We prepare and submit the packet, pull directly from your Organized COLA & Permit Vault, and track it to approval.

- Government fees
- Vary by state. For example, New York charges a registration fee for some wine categories; see our New York guide.

State license applications
$239 first state · $199 each additional state in the same order
Out-of-state direct-to-consumer (DTC) shipper permits, importer and wholesaler licenses. We prefill the forms; you sign; we submit and answer deficiency letters.

For a new bonded winery or bonded wine cellar. We prepare the complete application package and submit it under your authorization, or you submit it from your own Permits Online account if you prefer. We never take your login.
