Privacy notice

This notice explains how Voraus LLC d/b/a Vintners Desk (“we”) handles information collected through this website and our services.

What we collect

  • Information you give us: name, email, business details and the filing information in your quote request or engagement.
  • Client documents: label artwork, lab results, permits and records you upload so we can prepare filings.
  • Ad click IDs: if you arrive from an ad, the click ID in the link (such as gclid) may be saved with your quote request so we can see which ads lead to quotes.
  • Payment: if you pay by card, payment is handled by our payment processor. We don’t see or store full card numbers.

What we don’t do

  • No analytics pixels or trackers other than the Google tag described below. We don’t use session-replay, heat-map or data-broker tools.
  • We don’t sell or rent your information.
  • We don’t ask for or store government-portal logins or bank logins.
  • The label pre-check tool runs in your browser; what you type is never sent to us.

Advertising measurement (Google tag)

This site loads the Google tag for Google Ads (ID AW-18541204384) so we can tell which ads lead to quote requests. Google may set cookies or read your browser’s advertising identifiers when the page loads and when you submit the quote form. When a quote request is received successfully, we also share the email address you entered with Google in hashed (scrambled, not readable) form, only so Google Ads can measure which ads led to a request. We don’t share your name, phone or message. Learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com; you can manage ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com.

How we use it

To answer your request, prepare and file what you engage us for, bill you, keep required records, and improve our service. We use AI tools to prefill forms and pre-check labels; every output is reviewed by a person, and your data isn’t used to train public models.

Who we share it with

Staff and contractors bound by confidentiality who need it; the government agencies you ask us to file with; and service providers that host our website and form storage (Cloudflare), our email and files (Google), and card payments if you pay by card (our payment processor).

How long we keep it

Filing copies for 3 years after the engagement ends, or longer if law requires, then we delete them. Quote requests that don’t become engagements: 12 months, then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it (subject to record-keeping duties), by emailing privacy@vintnersdesk.com.
