A filing desk for the wine business
Vintners Desk is the trade name of Voraus LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operated from Seattle, Washington. We prepare and file the paperwork that keeps wineries, importers and wholesalers selling: label approvals, state registrations and licenses, renewals, and recurring TTB reports.
Why we exist
Small producers spend hours learning forms they file once a year. We do those filings every day, with checklists, software pre-checks and a second review, at published prices.
Vintners Desk was founded by a Seattle-based operator with a background in regulated consumer products.
What we won’t do
- Give legal or tax advice, or take part in TTB conferences or hearings
- Ask for your government or bank logins
- Collect or hold your tax money
- Buy, sell, hold or ship alcohol
Who does the work
We are a small team. Every filing is prepared by one person and reviewed by a second before it reaches you.
Founder
Sets the checklists and procedures, approves pricing and scope, and is the escalation point for every client.
Our filing specialist
U.S.-based. Holds the client’s limited TTB F 5000.8 and submits permits, amendments, COLAs, formulas, returns and reports after the client approves each filing.
Preparation and review
Filings are prepared against written checklists for each form, and a second person reviews every filing before it reaches you.
